Bob McAdam is the Vice President of Finance at Dynamic Communities, Inc. (DCI), a fast-growing professional association that caters to end users & partners in the Microsoft Dynamics space. Previously, Bob spent several years in the Dynamics GP partner channel where he sold, designed, & deployed Dynamics GP solutions in a variety of industries. While Bob has executive planning & management responsibilities across all of DCI today, he remains actively involved with the Dynamics GP User Group (GPUG), continuing to lead sessions annually at Microsoft Convergence and GPUG Summit, hosting periodic webinars, and fulfilling regular training opportunities in both live & virtual classroom settings for the GPUG Academy. Additionally, Bob is a GPUG Summit Planning Committee Board member, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a frequent blogger on GPUG Collaborate.
Bob began his Dynamics GP career in 1998 working with ePartners as an implementation consultant, later becoming IT Director for Trucks & Parts of Tampa, Inc. in 2005, a Dynamics GP end user entity. Eventually, he returned to the partner channel with Tribridge in August 2007 while helping to get GPUG established as a partner advocate. Born and raised in western New York, Bob earned his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1987 and his MBA from Clarkson University in 1992, but permanently relocated to the Tampa Bay area with his family shortly thereafter, where he has been ever since.

Todd McDaniel is a partner at Dynavistics, a Microsoft partner and software development company. Todd is a financial and MIS professional with a successful record of applying new and existing technology solutions to enterprise-wide operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Southern College, as well as Certified Public Accountant, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Trainer, and Microsoft Dynamics GP Master Certifications.
Todd has a broad range of computer and accounting experience including: hardware and software implementation, help desk management, software and database development, systems consulting, technology planning, tax preparation and planning, and general and cost accounting. Todd has extensive experience in the areas of: grant management, grant management applications, project accounting, Reporting and Business Intelligence, financial and reporting software selection and implementation, Business Process Analysis, strategic planning, and project management.
Todd began his Dynamics career in Atlanta before working for Ideal Solutions, ePartners, and ACE Microtechnology in Tampa, FL. Todd currently manages the development and sales operations for Dynavistics including the design of new software features, production of sales collateral, management of partner relationships, and customer relationship management.

Darcy Boerio is President at DAB Partners, offering outsourced marketing, sales, channel growth, and partnerships to mid-market ISVs and ERP resellers.
Over the past 20 years, Darcy has held various roles with a software manufacturer (Sage), a VAR that was Sage North America Partner of the Year twice during her tenure (Alliance Solutions Group), and two leading ISV for multiple ERPs (Avalara and Website Pipeline).
After working on the technical side as a quality assurance analyst and consultant, then moving into the sales and marketing arena, Darcy has found her true passion lies in working with ERP channel partners and ISVs. She enjoys sharing best practices from the hundreds of partners she’s worked with over the years to help partners connect with and create great ERP experiences for their clients.
A native Oregonian, Darcy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in a year she chooses not to publicize. She lives in the Tampa area with her husband, Tim (who is also in the software business), and their son.
